45-Years Journey of Unwavering Growth
Mr. B.K. Jain transitioned into the real estate sector following a distinguished career in jewelry that began in 1959. By 1987, under his leadership, several landmark projects were completed in Bopodi and Khadki, including Kundan Classic, Kundan Apartments, Kundan Plaza, Kundan Chambers, Kundan Homes, and Kundan Corner.
Ashish Jain established Kundan Spaces, marking the inception of significant projects including Kundan House (Khadki), Kundan Prerna (Bopodi), Kundan Market, and Kundan Kushal Nagar (Bopodi). In 2005, Dhanesh Mehta joined Ashish Jain as a partner, and by 2010, the company had launched notable developments such as Whitefield (Wakad), Greenzone, Gulmarg (Baner), and GrandStand (Kothrud).
In 2014, Kundan Spaces achieved significant recognition in the real estate industry, receiving the prestigious Construction Safety Award from the PCERF and the 3rd Asian CEF Awards for excellence in real estate. The project ‘Divine’ was particularly distinguished, earning the title of Best Residential Project from Accommodation Times, underscoring the company’s commitment to exceptional quality and safety.
Kundan Spaces expanded its portfolio with the launch of La Ventana and Eternia, located in Kondhwa and BT Kawade Road, Pune, respectively. These projects exemplified the company’s continued dedication to excellence and its ability to deliver high-quality developments that meet the evolving needs of modern living. By 2017, Presidia, a premium luxury development in Kondhwa, Pune, was launched and received the Best Luxury Housing Developer award at the Estrade Conclave in Singapore.
In 2018, Kundan Spaces celebrated the successful completion of Project Peak, a landmark development that garnered significant acclaim. The project was honoured with the Iconic Project award at the Realty Plus Conclave, recognizing its exceptional design and impact on the real estate landscape. Additionally, it received the Best Project Under Luxury Segment award from Times Realty Icon, highlighting its status as a premier luxury offering and reinforcing Kundan Spaces’ reputation for delivering outstanding, high-quality real estate solutions.
In 2020, Kundan Spaces achieved notable milestones with the completion of two significant projects: Easterlia and Espacio. Both developments exemplified the company’s commitment to excellence and innovation in real estate. Additionally, the project Emirus was recognized with the Best Architectural Award, highlighting its exceptional design and architectural prowess. This accolade further solidified Kundan Spaces’ reputation as a leader in crafting distinguished and high-quality real estate projects.
In 2023, Kundan Spaces marked a significant milestone with the launch of Wyng in Camp, a landmark development that exemplifies the company’s ongoing commitment to excellence in real estate. It is Pune’s tallest commercial tower as of now, showcasing Kundan Spaces’ dedication to pushing the boundaries of architectural innovation and commercial development.
